Wendy's in California

"Ordered on line and went to pick up inside restaurant. Wasn't ready when I got there and had a long wait of 15 minutes. Employees are slow and just do what they have to. No sense of urgency like at In N Out Burger. The Dave's double I got had 4 meat patties, like from the small burgers they have. Dry and not very good. They must have run out of the larger beef patties and substituted 4 of the small ones. Not good. Wendy's used to be a lot better years ago and had big juicy patties, now it's small and dry. They need better management and this particular store is not run very well. I won't be back for a long time."

"Quick note: This is a fast food restaurant AND not a classic/fine dining and the review will be based off to that category. The place itself is nice and for kids/teenagers it's a great place to eat and hangout. Near the beach so perfect for snacks Price are fair and staffs are friendly. The food quality is decent aswell but if you have anything you don't want in YOUR food, remember to kindly say it in your order. It has decent views and a decent space. Bathrooms are most of the time are clean but sometimes (people who doesn't have public restroom etiquette) it may not due to customer issues. Been here multiple times due to going to the beach and wanting a nice and decently cheap snack. So overall it's decent place but better with friends. Remember to have your free shake per order pass to make your experience better ."

"The ladies that work here are super friendly, hard working and always offer excellent service. The rest of the staff is equally excellent as well. Honestly, this is the best fast food experience in the town. Clean store and fresh ingredients. Great management and employees."

"Surprised by how quick this spot is, it's usually not very busy but they seem to be able to pop out your food (even custom orders) by the time you pull up to pay - very impressive. I've also never had them incorrectly make my order. Unfortunately, it's still a Wendy's, so the food quality is still meh."

"Went through the drive through for breakfast this morning for the first time with my son and sister. The girl on the speaker was kind and professional. Our meal was ready once we got to the window. Our muffin and biscuit sandwiches were delicious and fresh. Great customer service."
